John Kosciulek

John Kosciulek is the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Parkway Property Investments, where they manage day-to-day accounting and treasury functions. They are responsible for coordinating and reporting to the company's institutional partners, ensuring their accounting and treasury needs are met. Prior to this role, John was with Eola Capital LLC, overseeing various accounting functions and managing joint venture portfolios throughout the Southeast. They began their career in 2001 as a Property Accountant at Hamilton Partners after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
