Mark Sebastian

Mark Sebastian possesses extensive experience in building operations and maintenance, currently serving as a Building Engineer at Parkway Properties since September 2008, where responsibilities include comprehensive management of commercial building systems and preventative maintenance. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an HVAC Service Technician at Tri City Mechanical from May 2005 to September 2008 and as a Metrology Technician at Cole Parmer Instrument Co. from May 1993 to June 2003. Mark's educational background includes certifications in Building Management from BOMI International and HVAC/Refrigeration from Refrigeration School Inc., alongside nearly completing a journeyman program in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration at GateWay Community College.
