Whit Duncan

Whit Duncan has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Whit is currently serving as the Managing Director of Development at Parkway Property Investments, where they oversee development projects throughout the U.S. Prior to this role, they were the Principal of Bishop Beale Duncan, a well-known name in commercial real estate in the Southeastern United States. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, management, and disposition of over 13 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties.
