Abigail Wildgen

Abigail Wildgen possesses a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Furman University and has extensive experience in both healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Patient Care Technician at Parkwest Medical Center since August 2022, Abigail has also worked as a Medical Scribe for Dr. Dorion in Cardiology and held a position as a Chemistry Tutor through the American Chemical Society. As a Childcare Provider for Bambino Sitters, responsibilities included caring for children aged 1-13, cooking, cleaning, and creating educational activities. Additionally, Abigail contributed as a Library Circulation Assistant at Furman University, restocking and managing library materials, and as a Vice President of Chi Omega, overseeing scholarship and alumni relations. Research efforts in the Goess Lab focused on the synthesis of Hibiscone C and its derivatives aimed at inhibiting rapid cell growth.
