Devan Johnson

Devan Johnson has a strong background in healthcare administration with experience in various leadership roles. They are currently serving as the President and CAO at Parkwest Medical Center. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Mercy General Hospital in Dignity Health from 2018 to 2023. They also served as the COO at Deaconess Hospital from 2014 to 2018. Their earlier experiences include working as an Administrator at St. Luke's Health System from 2013 to 2014, as an Administrative Director from 2010 to 2012, as the Director of Regional Services from 2005 to 2010, and as an Administrative Fellow from 2004 to 2005. They began their career as a Patient Relations Liaison at Chippenham/Johnston-Willis Hospital from 2002 to 2004, where they focused on improving patient satisfaction and facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff.

Devan Johnson obtained a Master's degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, specializing in Health Care Administration. This education occurred between the years 2002 and 2004.
