Lavonda D. Napka

LaVonda Napka is the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Parkwood LLC since March 2013. Prior to this, worked as a Senior Associate at Thompson Hine LLP from July 2007 to February 2013, and as an Associate at Grant Thornton from August 2006 to July 2007. LaVonda has a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Ohio Northern University. Currently, LaVonda serves as in-house corporate counsel at a family office/private trust company.
