Blanca Martinez

Blanca Martinez is an experienced professional in archive and document management, currently serving as the Head of the Archive and Document Management Area at the Parlament de Catalunya since 2002. In addition, Blanca holds the position of Archivera and is a member of the Public Information Right Guarantee Body. Prior to this role, Blanca was a lecturer at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from September 1994 to January 2002. Blanca's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Electronic Document Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2012-2014), a Diploma in Library and Documentation from Universitat de Barcelona (1986-1989), and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1983-1988).
