Jan Sarsanedas Coll

Jan Sarsanedas Coll is an experienced legal professional and educator, currently serving as Lletrat at the Parlament de Catalunya since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Profesor asociado at the Universitat de Barcelona from September 2018 to April 2023. Jan's extensive experience in law includes a tenure as Senior Manager at PwC España from July 2014 to April 2023, following roles as an asociado sénior and asociado in the Administrative Law Department at PwC from November 2011 to April 2023, and at Cuatrecasas from September 2005 to July 2010. Jan holds a Master's degree in European Public Law from UCL (2010-2011), an MBA from UPF Barcelona School of Management (2012-2014), and official degrees in Law and Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2001-2005 and 1999-2003, respectively), as well as foundational education from Aula Escola Europea (1984-1998).
