Customer Success Manager at Parlance

Denise joined Parlance in 2021 as the first Customer Success Manager, partnering with the Sales and Service Delivery teams in engaging the largest accounts to ensure optimal service usage, customer education, and customer retention. Prior to joining Parlance, Denise worked in Systems Engineering, Partner Alliances, Program Management and Data Analysis roles. Denise graduated from Tufts University with an Electrical Engineering degree. Outside of work and spending time with her family, she volunteers in board level positions in IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and gives STEM and professional development talks at K-12 schools, universities, and conferences.
