Jay Long

Jay Long is a Co-Founder at Parlay Protocol and a National Security Fellow at Truman National Security Project. Jay is also the Founder of Emerging as a Global Leader Experience at Globally and an Innovation officer at Joint Special Operations Command. Jay was a former Operations Officer at the US Army, where Jay also served as an Executive Officer and Platoon Leader. With a background in international relations and innovation, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership, national security, operations, and stakeholder management. Jay holds a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
