B. Rhiannon Adams

Rhiannon’s experience in both corporate and intellectual property (IP) law puts her in a unique position to assist individual and corporate clients in a wide range of areas.

Rhiannon works with international corporations, SMEs and start-ups to help them protect their IP assets and assert their IP rights, including coordinating international IP portfolios for clients who have an international presence. She also works with businesses to prepare and negotiate contracts and with their various corporate needs.

As a patent and trademark agent, Rhiannon represents clients at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) in patent, trademark and industrial design matters. She has particular experience obtaining Official Marks for public authorities in Canada.

Rhiannon is a Founding Member of the Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Society (part of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation) and serves on one of their subcommittees in her spare time.

Rhiannon is Co-Leader of the Intellectual Property & Innovation Group.
