Enca Kaul

Enca Kaul is the Founder of Parliament, a company they established in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at The Mill from 2009 to 2020 as the Director of Production/Executive Producer. Enca also served as a Broadcast Producer at CHI&Partners from 2003 to 2008 and as an Account Director at Lowe Lintas from 2000 to 2003.
