Jess Hardy

Jess Hardy has a comprehensive background in learning and development, with experience working in various government departments and organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Director Learning and Development at the Department of Parliamentary Services, Jess previously held roles such as HR Business Partner at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and HR Practitioner at the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE). With a strong focus on capability development and engagement, Jess has also worked as a Membership Engagement Manager at IPAA ACT and as a Capability Development Manager at the Australian Government Department of Education and Training.
