Kalinga Hulugalle

Kalinga Hulugalle is a Senior Web Applications Developer at the Department of Parliamentary Services with experience in maintaining and developing web-based software solutions using various technologies. Prior to this role, Kalinga worked as a Software Developer at the Australian Electoral Commission and as a Junior Software Engineer/Student at CSIRO. Kalinga holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering with Honours from The Australian National University.
