Udara Rupasinghe is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in managing ICT operations and providing strategic direction in various organizations. Currently serving as the Technical Lead at the Department of Parliamentary Services since June 2021, Rupasinghe oversees operations to ensure service levels are met. Previous roles include a similar position at the National Blood Authority, where collaboration with stakeholders and project execution was a focus, and as a Systems Integration Specialist at the University of Canberra, where the development of over 30 APIs and ETL processes was achieved. Rupasinghe co-founded tylygnt, a startup dedicated to software solutions, and has held significant roles at GE Energy and Opal Software Pty Ltd, contributing to innovative software solutions and SCADA applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Canberra and a Diploma in Application Development from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
