Jean-Bernard Lecot

Jean-Bernard Lecot is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience at the Parliament of Canada, where roles have included Senior IT Planner and Integrator, Senior Enterprise Architect, Programmer Analyst, and Infrastructure Analyst since July 2003. Prior to this, Jean-Bernard Lecot served as IT Director at Alcatel Optronics Canada from March 1999 to December 2002. Jean-Bernard Lecot holds a post-graduate certificate in Information Technology from Université TÉLUQ (2014-2017) and a college degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cégep de l'Outaouais (1994-1998), along with additional studies at École de technologie supérieure in 1998.
