Dennis Salukvadze has a range of work experience in various roles and positions. Dennis started their career in the Parliament of Georgia as a Part-Time Servant-Lawyer in the Committee on Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. Dennis later became a Senior Specialist-Lawyer in the same committee. In 2019, they joined the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia as the Head of the Lawmaking Unit. At the same time, they also served as the Head Lawyer for the Parliament of Georgia. In 2020, they became a Training Specialist at the Environmental Education and Information Centre. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Staff at the Parliament of Georgia.

Dennis Salukvadze completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Tbilisi State University from 2012 to 2016. Dennis then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at East European University from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are enrolled in New Vision University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Law (Doctoris iuris, Doctor of Law) degree since 2018. Additionally, in July 2021, Dennis obtained a certification as a member of the Georgian Bar Association.

Parliament of Georgia

Within the framework of the project, the Advisory Council on Gender Equality was established under the Chair of the Parliament of Georgia, which is the first institutional mechanism in Georgia. Council brings non-governmental and governmental representatives to discuss and issue recommendations on gender issues, to help ensure that women's voices are heard on an equal footing with men in formulating public policy and decision making at the national and local levels. The Council acts as a lobbying unit for gender issues and focuses its activities on the following aspects such as: 1. Discuss and issue recommendations on gender issues; 2. Elaborate proposals and recommendations on National Gender Policy setting out the actions to integrate gender equality in all spheres and sectors of the political, economic and social life of Georgia; 3. Ensure gender mainstreamed legislation and approximation of Georgian Legislation to the European Union Law pertaining gender equality; 4. Within its competence observe the implementation of the international agreements and conventions involving the rights of women and gender equality issues; 5. Co-operate closely with international and local organizations working on gender issues
