Toby Loo

Toby Loo is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director IT and Chief Information Officer at the Parliament of NSW, Toby previously held the position of Head of IT and Chief Technology Officer at Sydney Catholic Schools, as well as Manager of Infrastructure Projects and Services. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Solutions Consultant at AC3 and Ricoh Australia, and regional leadership in information systems infrastructure at Imperial Brands PLC for the APAC region. Toby has also engaged in professional development through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completing programs in 2021-2023.
