Nwabisa Ngewu

Nwabisa Ngewu is a seasoned professional in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as a Talent Management Consultant at the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Business Partner in Organizational Development and Talent at BroadReach, an Organizational Development Consultant at Investec, and an OD Specialist at Discovery Limited. Nwabisa has also worked as an Independent Consultant at TalentToolboxSa, and held positions as an OD Practitioner and Assessment Specialist at Multichoice Africa, along with experience as an HR Consultant at The Foschini Retail Group. Early career development involved training as an HR Trainee at Foschini Group and internships as a Psychometrist. Nwabisa holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UNISA, alongside an Honours degree in the same field, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from UCT.
