Andy Neale

Andy Neale is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital services and information systems. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive for Access and Digital Services at the Parliamentary Counsel Office in New Zealand since February 2023, Neale has previously held key roles such as Chief Digital Officer at Europeana and Head of Data Science and Automation at Xero. With a history of leadership positions at the Department of Internal Affairs, National Library of New Zealand, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Neale has accumulated significant expertise in digital strategy, data management, and customer relationships. Neale holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Otago and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of London.
