Vicki Scott

Vicki Scott currently serves as the Deputy Chief Executive for People, Services, & Delivery at the Parliamentary Counsel Office in New Zealand, a role held since August 2021. In addition to overseeing multiple functions including People & Capability and Health & Safety, Vicki holds key delegations such as Chief Security Officer and Privacy Officer. Prior to this role, Vicki worked as a Programme Manager at the Ministry for the Environment and held several leadership positions within the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, focusing on international development and project management. Vicki's extensive experience also includes contract roles at the NZ Transport Agency and Contact Energy Ltd, where efforts centered on digital transformation and ICT strategy. Career foundations were established in positions at New Zealand Post, Transend Worldwide, and the Ministry of Justice. Education was obtained at Massey University.
