Birgit Haderer is a seasoned CFO and NED with over 20 years of experience developing and executing strategies across various industries in Europe and the US, with a strong emphasis on technology. Currently, Birgit is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Personio and holds advisory roles as Chair of the Audit Committee for both Springer Nature and Epidemic Sound. Previously, Birgit held senior positions at Zalando SE, where they managed Finance and Indirect Procurement teams, and Goldman Sachs, where they specialized in investment banking for Natural Resources and Cleantech. Birgit holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Universität Mannheim.
