Danielle O'Keeffe

Danielle O'Keeffe currently serves as the Head of Partner Solution Engineering at Parloa, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at Five9 from December 2019 to October 2025, including Manager of Solution Consulting and Enterprise Solutions Consultant. Danielle's experience also includes a lengthy tenure at T-Metrics, Inc., where Danielle worked as the Director of Enterprise Sales from January 2001 to December 2019. Earlier roles include Account Executive at Ronco Communications (1998 - 2001) and Product Manager at Call Completion Technologies (1996 - 1998). Danielle O'Keeffe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature from SUNY Oneonta.
