In 2018, they were a Working Student at Neuropsychiatrisches Zentrum Hamburg. In 2016, they were a Sales Specialist at Levi Strauss & Co. In 2013, they were an Intern at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.

Lasse Kosub attended Gymnasium Wentorf from 2006 to 2013. Lasse then went on to receive their Abitur from Wirtschaftsgymnasium am Lämmermarkt from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they began their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from MSH Medical School Hamburg and is expected to graduate in 2021. Additionally, in June 2021, they obtained a Code Foundations Skill Path certification from Codecademy.
