Massimo Ercolani has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Footman for The Royal Household. In 2012, they became a Chef de Rang for Caviar House & Prunier. In 2013, they took on the role of Area Office Management Trainee for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. In 2014, they became a Management Associate - Casino Marketing for MGM Resorts International. The following year, they were a Project Manager for Marugal Distinctive Hotel Management. In 2017, they were a Market Associate for Expedia Group. In 2018, they became a Fullstack Developer for Early Morning. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer for finleap. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer for Parloa.

Massimo Ercolani completed a FullStack Developer program at Le Wagon in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Hospitality Management from EHL between 2010 and 2014. Massimo also earned a Maturità scientifica from Liceo Scientifico "G. D. Cassini" between 2006 and 2010.
