Michael Hummel is an experienced professional in customer experience design and project management, currently serving as Lead CX Designer at Parloa since July 2023. Prior to this, Michael held various roles at TeamViewer from September 2010 to July 2023, including Senior Project & Transformation Manager and Senior Support Engineer, among others. Michael began a career in sales with a focus on the Japan and APAC regions. Michael earned a Master’s degree in Japanese Studies from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 2002 and 2009.
