Hilary Scheller is a Graphic Designer with experience in managing design departments, directing catalog photoshoots, and creating advertisements for both digital and print media. Previous roles include working as a Circulation Clerk and an Art Intern, gaining experience in ad production and design for various publications. Scheller holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Full Sail University.

With the history of doughnuts tracing back to the early 1900s, our founder's passion for finding the best doughnuts and coffee was fueled by his travels across the states with his son's band. Their love for great coffee and appreciation for good doughnuts inspired the launch of Proper Coffee in 2015, which then gave birth to the concept of Parlor Doughnuts in early 2019. Our signature Layered Doughnut sets us apart from traditional yeast or cake-style doughnuts. And we don't stop there - we offer something for everyone with our vegan/gluten-friendly and keto-friendly options, as well as our Doggie Doughnut for all the pups out there.
