Kira Karabanovs

Kira Karabanovs is an experienced education and community engagement professional with a strong background in social work. Currently serving as the Dean of Students for Parma City School District since August 2012, Kira has also held various leadership positions within the district, including Director of Parma Area Family to Family Collaborative and Family and Community Engagement Director from July 2014 to August 2019. Kira began the career as a Wrap Specialist with Parma City Schools and Parma Area Collaborative and has experience as an Employment Specialist with LEAP. Kira holds two Master's degrees in Social Work from Cleveland State University, earned between 1995 and 2010.
