Rachel McDonnell

Rachel McDonnell is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Intervention Specialist with Parma City School District since August 2025. Previously, Rachel worked as a Teacher at Positive Education Program from July 2023 to August 2025 and held the position of Youth Director at Divinity Lutheran Church from August 2021 to December 2023. Rachel's experience also includes roles as a Master Teacher and English Teacher at Oakmont High School from July 2019 to August 2022, and as a Home Instructional Coach at Berea City School District from August 2014 to July 2019, focusing on enhancing parent relationships in special education.
