Stephanie Boka

Stephanie Boka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephanie began their career in 1991 as a Facility Director at New Life Services, Inc., where they worked until 1997. From 1998 to 2002, they served as a Care Giver at The Help Foundation. In 2001, Stephanie joined Euclid City Schools as an Intervention Specialist until 2012 when they were promoted to Assistant Principal. Their most recent position is as Principal at Parma City School District, which they started in 2017.

Stephanie Boka holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Cleveland State University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Stephanie further pursued their education at Ursuline College, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from 2008 to 2011. Stephanie also attended the Center for Educational Leadership at Cleveland State University in 2010-2011, where they acquired additional expertise in Teacher Leadership through the First Ring Leadership Academy. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications including ALICE Trainer from the ALICE Training Institute in 2019, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer from Cornell University - College of Human Ecology in 2014, and PK-12 Education Administration from Ursuline College in 2011, among others.
