Con Benikos

Con Benikos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Quality at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality at the same company from February 2019 to January 2020. Before joining Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Con held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Baxter International Inc. from September 2015 to August 2018. They also worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Product Development Project Manager and Quality & Technical Services/Manufacturing Science Manager from June 2014 to December 2014 and from October 2010 to May 2014, respectively. Other notable roles include serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Sphere Healthcare Pty Ltd from April 2009 to September 2010 and as the Business Manager of Environmental Services at SGS from July 2008 to March 2009. Con's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager in Research & Development and a Manager in Product & Analytical Development at Johnson & Johnson from June 2007 to May 2008 and from March 2006 to May 2007, respectively. They also held positions at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, including Laboratory Manager from January 2002 to February 2006 and Senior R&D Scientist from January 1997 to December 2001. Con's extensive career also includes roles at Parke-Davis as a Product Development Analyst from December 1992 to December 1996 and at Interox Chemicals Pty Ltd as a Laboratory Technician in Quality Assurance from December 1990 to January 1992.

Con Benikos obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry) from the University of Technology Sydney in 1992. In 1997, they pursued a Master of Chemistry at UNSW. In 1994, they acquired a Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Technology from TAFE NSW. Following this, in 2004, Con attended Workplace Australia Group and completed a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) in 2005. Lastly, in 2008, they enrolled at Macquarie Business School, where they graduated in 2010 with a Post Graduate Diploma of Management.
