John Thorson

John Thorson has extensive experience in the animal health industry, starting in 2013 with Merial as a Sales Representative. In this role, they managed the Beef, Equine, and Dairy business in the Dakotas, working with various clients such as veterinarians, dealers, ranches, dairies, distributors, and feedlots. John'sresponsibilities included training clients on new products and supporting existing solutions, resulting in successful product launches and increased market share and profitability for the territory.

In 2017, John joined Boehringer Ingelheim as a Senior Sales Representative. John served as a Territory Manager in the cattle division, covering Eastern North Dakota, Northeast South Dakota, and Western Minnesota. In addition to providing education, support, and marketing assistance, John focused on identifying and nurturing opportunities to meet their clients' animal health needs and improve their overall bottom line.

Currently, John works as a Territory Business Manager at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals since 2022.

John Thorson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at North Dakota State University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Lake Region State College in 2004 and 2005.
