Jukka Höysniemi

Chief Design Engineer at Paroc

Jukka Höysniemi has a diverse range of work experience, starting from their role as a SMD-operator at Electro-Hill Oy from 2001 to 2006. Jukka then worked as an Electrician at Sähköpoint Oy from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Jukka joined Stera Technologies Oy and initially worked as a Measurement Engineer, conducting 3D measurements and analyzing data for clients in the automotive industry. Jukka later transitioned into a role as a Project Engineer, where they focused on design projects, including progressive stamping tools and manufacturing jigs. Jukka then advanced to the position of Project Manager, responsible for managing various tooling and design projects, including offer calculation, resource allocation, and supervision of external designers and subcontractors. In 2018, they joined Etteplan as a Senior Engineer before moving to their current position at PAROC, serving as the Chief Design Engineer for the Technical Insulation machines. In this role, they lead development and design efforts, conducts preliminary research, and participates in project planning and scheduling.

Jukka Höysniemi earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In September 2018, they obtained a certification in Game Design Foundations: 1 Ideas, Core Loops, and Goals from LinkedIn.
