Eduardo Pérez

Commercial engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile. MBA and MPP from University of Chicago. Before Parque Arauco Eduardo was an associate at McKinsey & Company, where he advised some of the main Latin-American companies on operational excellence, people and client experience in the retail, cellulose, bank and air transport industries. Before McKinsey he worked in Chilean fund asset management at Santander Asset Management, where he achieved one of the top three most profitable funds in 2006 and the most profitable fund in 2007. For six years he was a Negotiation Strategy professor in the Economics and Administration Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile. He joined Parque Arauco in 2013 as the Corporate Finance Manager, where he modernized the Investor Relations department, created the Sustainability department and led the financing of Parque Arauco's strong growth during the period, including two capital raises and several bond issuances. In 2018 and 2019 he was named CEO of Parque Arauco Colombia and CEO of Parque Arauco Internacional (Peru and Colombia), respectively. He is a board member of Clinica INDISA.
