Jaime Casanova

Jaime Casanova has over 14 years of work experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently, they are the Corporate Finance Director at Parques Reunidos, where they are responsible for financial performance and liquidity reporting to Financial Sponsors. Jaime also plays a key role in budgeting, auditing, strategic planning, and corporate financing. Prior to this, Jaime worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) for 10 years, holding various positions such as Vice President Corporate Finance, Associate M&A, and M&A Analyst. During their tenure at SGCIB, they executed more than 30 complex projects and transactions, with a total deal value exceeding 25 billion. Before joining SGCIB, Jaime worked as an Analyst FIG at KPMG - Corporate Finance.

Jaime Casanova completed their Executive MBA at IESE Business School from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Finance at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2001 to 2005. In 2003 and 2004, they also studied at the University of Lausanne, completing the Hautes Études Commerciales program.
