Jesús Corrales Antúnez

Jesús Corrales Antúnez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and food and beverage sectors. Currently serving as Director and General Manager at Parques Reunidos since July 2013, Jesús has led several initiatives including the creation and development of catering services for theme parks in Dubai and Vietnam. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Director at Oceanogràfic de Valencia, where responsibilities included preopening strategies, menu engineering, and daily operational management. Jesús began career as F&B Senior Supervisor at Parques Reunidos, focusing on team scheduling and kitchen hygiene. Educationally, Jesús holds a Licentiate degree in Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, obtained in 1998.
