Marina Serra Taña

Marina Serra Taña has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Operations Efficiency at Parques Reunidos since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Transformation Project Manager at doValue from 2021 to 2022. Marina also served as an International Project Manager at Altamira Asset Management from 2019 to 2022, where they were involved in M&A activities and designing new operating frameworks. Before that, Marina worked as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture from 2017 to 2019, where they handled various projects related to operational and sales process optimization. Marina started their career as a Coordinator at ESADE BAN & ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship and as an Assistant at Coperfield in 2015.

Marina Serra Taña completed their Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from EAE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona, completing the program between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Marina holds a certification in the First Certificate Exam from Cambridge English Language Assessment, obtained in 2011.
