Miguel Angel Camuñas Jurado has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Miguel Angel currently holds the position of Head of CX Delivery at Parques Reunidos, where they are responsible for the creation and implementation of new digital channels and eCommerce funnels. Prior to this, they worked at Linea Directa Aseguradora as a Digital Business Coordinator, managing the digital private areas for Car and Home business. Miguel Angel also has an extensive background at Vodafone, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Digital Channels, Digital Product Manager, Digital and IVR Channel Specialist, Technical Manager, and Innovation Specialist. Before joining Vodafone, Miguel worked as a Junior Consultant at Primeur.

Miguel Angel Camuñas Jurado earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1991 to 1999.
