Ines Gautier

Ines Gautier is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Chargée des Parrainages at Parrains Par Mille since April 2023, Ines also holds the position of Manager at Kiosk, overseeing team management, meal preparation, and cash and stock management since February 2022. Ines’s HR expertise was further developed at EndemolShine France SAS, where contributions include managing social relations, organizing committee meetings, and updating key HR documents since November 2020. Previous roles include assisting in HR at Endemol Shine Group and gaining early professional exposure through summer internships at DoubleTree by Hilton and Givaudan. Ines holds two Master's degrees from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne.
