Eloisa K. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Parramatta Mission since March 2016, Eloisa's background includes working as an HR Management Consultant at Booktopia and as a People & Culture Specialist at Redkite. Prior to these roles, Eloisa took a career break while engaging in volunteering and previously held the position of HR Manager, APAC at Cloud Sherpas and HR Manager at AFEX. Eloisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on HR Management and Business Law from UNSW, completed between 2000 and 2006.
