Michele Spector

Michele Spector has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2000 with a role as Regional Human Resources Manager at Emerson Process Management. Michele then worked as a Human Resources Director at Tepperman's in 2006, followed by a position as Human Resources Manager at DHL from 2008 to 2016. In 2016, Michele became the Director of Human Resources at P&H Milling Group, a division of Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited, and in 2017, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited.

Michele Spector attended Western University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative & Commercial Studies. During their time at Western University, they focused on studying Business, Social Organizations, and Human Relations. Following their undergraduate studies, Michele Spector enrolled at Seneca College from 1989 to 1990 for a Post Diploma-Co Op Program. This program specialized in Human Resources.
