Billy Specht

Billy Specht has extensive experience in leadership and education, currently serving as General Manager at The Great Outdoors - RV and Golf Resort since August 2016 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Parrish Medical Center since January 2022. Previously, Billy held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Central Florida from July 2011 to July 2016, achieving significant growth in membership and revenue, and successfully recruiting new board members. Billy also served as Chairman of the Board for the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and 2016, providing strategic leadership and direction. Prior roles include Director of Public Education & Programs at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Manager of Education with Delaware North Companies, among others. Billy holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Queens University of Charlotte.
