Michael Oake has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Michael started their career at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, where they worked as a Technical Engineer in Research, focusing on modeling experiments and running simulations. Michael then moved on to CDI Aerospace/Boeing Defense, Space, and Security as a Design Engineer, specializing in wire harness installation design for the V-22 Osprey. At CDI Aerospace/General Electric, Aviation, they continued as a Design Engineer, this time focusing on support equipment and tooling design. Later, at Northrop Grumman, they held several roles, including Support Equipment Design Engineer, Payloads Engineer, and Systems Engineering Manager. Most recently, they worked at Parry Labs as the Director of Systems Engineering. Overall, Michael Oake has demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, design, and technical research.

Michael Oake has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Michael also holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Penn State University.
