James Scholz

James Scholz has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. James served as the Chief Operating Officer at Parry's Pizzeria and Bar, where they focused on building a team-first culture. Prior to that, they worked at California Pizza Kitchen, starting as the Vice President of Training and Development and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Operations. Before that, they worked at Texas Roadhouse as the Director of Training and People Development. James'searly experience includes being a Restaurant Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and a General Manager at Red Robin.
