Abigail Wise

Abigail Wise has a diverse background in IT support and customer success. In their most recent role at Parse Biosciences, they serve as a Senior IT Support. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at Mason and Pensar. Abigail also gained experience in customer success as a Senior Customer Success Agent at Meister. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Support Technician at Silicon Mechanics and as a Specialist at Apple, where they provided technical support and sales solutions to customers. Abigail has a strong technical background and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Abigail Wise attended the Maryland Institute College of Art from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Sculpture. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in A+ and Network+ from CompTIA in March 2017 and September 2017, respectively.
