Marc Schachtel

Marc Schachtel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marc started their career as CTO at goodbeans GmbH in 2007 and later co-founded eSnake - Digital Platform Develoment in 2005, where they served as the Co-Founder and Managing Director. In 2008, they co-founded Green Internet Solutions and served as a Co-Founder until 2009. Marc then worked as a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion from 2009 to 2011.

From 2011, Marc joined Parship Group, where they held various roles including Director of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer, and Managing Director. Marc continued their journey in the online dating industry by joining eharmony in 2018 as a Director of the Board. In 2020, they served as Director of the Board at The Meet Group and also started their own venture, Dock5 Ventures GmbH as an Owner.

Marc's most recent positions include Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ParshipMeet Group from 2020 to 2021, Co-CEO from 2021 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of CEO at ParshipMeet Group since 2023.

Marc Schachtel attended Technische Universität Berlin from 2003 to 2009. During their time there, they obtained a Diplom degree in Computer Science.
