Hava Volterra

Hava Volterra has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Hava began their career in 1996 as the Vice President of Marketing at NetVantage, Cabletron, where they were part of a turnaround team that helped conceive and guide development of new products that brought the company to the forefront of Ethernet switching technology. In 1999, they joined CyOptics as its 5th employee and first US presence, leading the marketing and business development activities that led to two funding rounds totaling over $70M and the company's acquisition by Avago for over $400M. In 2003, they became the CEO and Vice President of Business Development at Microwave Photonics, helping to develop the market strategy and customer relations for this early stage developer of distributed antenna systems. In 2005, they became an Independent Consultant and in 2012, they became the Chef/Owner of Hava's Kitchen, an online, subscription-based service that provides the best of Italian, French, and Mediterranean home cuisine. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Parsley Software, an intuitive, modern web app that handles the complex demands of commercial culinary enterprises.

Hava Volterra holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
