Michaela Powers

Michaela Powers is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and child care. Currently serving as an MSW Intern at Parsons Child and Family Center since August 2014 and as a Child Care Specialist at St. Catherine's Center for Children since July 2014, Michaela has cultivated a strong foundation in supporting youth and families. Prior roles include Supervisor at Price Chopper Supermarkets from June 2008 to August 2014 and Recovery Oriented Employment Coordinator, as well as Recovery Care Manager at Friends of Recovery of Delaware and Otsego Counties in 2012 and 2013. Michaela holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University at Albany, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College.
