Rhonda Armour has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and program management. Rhonda started working at Parsons Child & Family Center in 2007 as a Program Supervisor for the OMH waiver program. Rhonda later became a Trainer at the Sidney Albert Training Institute, where they facilitated trainings on OMH 14 karat and Foundations of Care. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Health Home Care Management, overseeing multiple care management programs serving over 1400 members in 21 counties.
