Janelle Parsons

Janelle started working for Parsons Group in 2003. She brought with her experience in sales and marketing in the restaurant industry. She has served as executive director and marketing director, regional director, and current role as chief of operations for Parsons Group Communities.

Her on-site experience helps influence her regional management work in assessing challenges, prioritizing work, and creating aggressive business plans while producing financially successful communities. Janelle also uses these skills to assess and determine the strength of new acquisitions.

She is constantly inspired by the work that the teams on-site do and the amazing families and residents who choose to live at Parsons Group communities. Janelle truly enjoys serving residents, families, and team members.
